- 1 tbsp pure ghee
- 2 tbsp butter
- As required Salt

- First marinate the chicken chunks with all spices that describe above for 15 mins.
- After 15 mins.Take fry pan on gas add butter and oil and shallow fry the chicken on high to medium flame
